Privacy Policy for MainDraw

MainDraw (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is an unofficial iOS tool that helps you open USTA tournament player lists and look up National Ranking and UTR information using your own USTA and Universal Tennis sessions. MainDraw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USTA or Universal Tennis.

1. Summary

• MainDraw does not operate its own user accounts or backend that stores your profile.
• MainDraw does not embed analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• Session cookies for USTA and UTR stay on your device in WebKit.
• Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple.
• Live Look Up contacts third-party services directly from your device.

2. Information MainDraw does not collect

We do not collect, sell, or share personal information through a MainDraw-operated server because MainDraw does not run such a server for this app. In particular:

• No MainDraw email/password account
• No analytics or advertising identifiers collected by us
• No crash-reporting SDK that uploads device data to us
• No contact list, photos, microphone, or precise location access

3. Data stored on your device

• WebKit cookies and web storage. When you sign in to USTA or Universal Tennis inside the in-app browser, those sites may set session cookies on your device. MainDraw uses those cookies only on-device to call Look Up features you start. We do not upload them to a MainDraw server.
• Bookmarks and preferences. Tournament page bookmarks, the first-launch disclaimer acknowledgment, and similar settings are stored locally (for example UserDefaults).
• Trial timing. The 30-day Look Up trial start may be stored in the Keychain and/or derived from Apple’s App Transaction so reinstalling does not always reset the trial.
• Subscription status. Active subscription status comes from Apple StoreKit on your device. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your payment card number.

You can clear WebKit website data for the app (or delete the app) to remove local session cookies and many local preferences. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings and are not deleted by uninstalling alone.

4. Network activity and third parties

When you use live (non-demo) features, the app may:

• Load pages from USTA and Universal Tennis in an embedded browser
• Send search or ranking requests from your device to those services’ APIs, using your session

Those requests go directly from your device to the third party. Their use of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not by MainDraw. You are responsible for complying with those terms when using your accounts.

Demo Mode uses an offline sample roster on your device and does not perform live USTA or UTR lookups.

5. Subscriptions and trial

MainDraw is free to download. Look Up is free for 30 days after your first App Store install (as determined by Apple’s app transaction and/or on-device trial timing). After the trial, Look Up requires an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store (monthly or yearly). Browsing USTA/UTR pages, bookmarks, and Demo Mode remain available without a subscription.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

6. Children’s privacy

MainDraw does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a MainDraw account, because no such account exists. The app may be used by parents or coaches reviewing junior tournament rosters. Use of USTA and Universal Tennis by minors is subject to those services’ rules and parental supervision.

7. Your choices

• Sign out of USTA or UTR inside the in-app browser to end those web sessions.
• Delete bookmarks in the app, or delete the app to remove most local data.
• Restore or manage purchases through Apple.
• Contact us (below) with privacy questions.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the app changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
