To provide real-time tennis court availability near you, we collect and process your Precise Location (GPS coordinates).

• When in use: We access your location while the app is open to show you nearby courts on Google Maps.
• Background: (Optional) If enabled, we may access location in the background to send notifications about nearby court status.

B. Account Information

If you create an account, we may collect:

• Name and Email address (via Firebase Authentication).
• Profile picture.

C. Usage Data

We collect information on how you interact with the App, such as the courts you view and the status updates you provide.

2. Third-Party Services

We use professional third-party service providers to power CourtCheck:

• Google Maps SDK: For displaying maps and calculating distances. Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase / Google Cloud: We use Firestore to store real-time court data and Firebase Auth for secure login. Data is stored securely on Google’s servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To display your current location relative to tennis courts.
• To allow you to share real-time court availability with other users.
• To maintain and improve the App’s functionality.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your location is used only for core App functionality. Aggregated, anonymous data may be used to analyze court usage trends.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Location Services: You can opt-out of location collection at any time through your iPhone’s Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
• Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email provided below.

6. Children’s Privacy

CourtCheck is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
